About Avisha Sheth
Avisha completed her Masters in Health Sciences (MHS) in Physical therapy from University of Indianapolis in 2013 and has been working in different therapy settings since then, treating patients of different age groups in subacute and outpatient rehabilitation. She graduated with a Bachelor in Physical Therapy in 2011 and has treated a wide variety of patients including chronic pain, post-operative rehab, orthopedic, neurological and cardio-pulmonary patients as well as working with patients that are high fall risk. She strongly believes a detailed evaluation and intervention focused on treating the root cause is the foundation of physical therapy. Avisha continues to expand and hone her clinical skills by learning different courses and techniques. She is certified in kinesiotaping and manual therapy. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, cook different cuisines, watch movies and dance.

I was late so my appt was a little rushed which is reasonable. I didn’t really learn anything new (saw PT in the past, trying to get better relief for pain). Felt worse from STIM. Better to see someone with a DPT degree.

Dr. Avisha and the team provide excellent and thorough care. I had an ankle injury, and the team spends an hour and sometimes more on my care - I never feel like I'm rushed while there. The exercises are also thoughtful and different than most PT places I have been to. I highly recommend going here to get better!

I liked Avisha. She was friendly and communicative. Avisha is very knowledgeable about PT, but she might not be the best PT for runners looking for speciality knowledge.

I have a bad leg injury that I am working on recovering from for six months, and I work regularly with Avisha- she's wonderful- knowledgeable, professional, responsive to concerns- compassionate, sometimes (but what good physical therapist is?) :-)

Everyone is on same page and very attentive to your needs. No one is passing the buck, everyone steps up and involved. I do like that every therapist is very informative and each has their own style. I like the Avisha can talk knowledgably about the work being done.

Avisha is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to patients' concerns. She is an excellent therapist. She understands the nature of the patient's injury and knows what to do to address it. Her experience lets her know what's the best therapy for each patient.
