Hi there, I'm Brian. Life presents us with many challenges as the world is ever-changing. It can be overwhelming to adjust or cope with these changes without the proper tools. It is my hope to help provide the space, support, knowledge, and tools to build a more comfortable life for yourself. In 2019, I graduated with my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Youngstown State University. Since then, I have practiced counseling in community mental health for the past 4 years. During this time, I have obtained my LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure. I work primarily with patients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and substance use. I use a variety of approaches in my therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My therapeutic philosophy is centered around creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and goals, ensuring that our sessions are both effective and meaningful. Specializing in Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Addiction, I am committed to helping you navigate through these challenges. Whether you're dealing with overwhelming emotions, past traumas, or addictive behaviors, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will work on building resilience, developing coping strategies, and fostering a sense of empowerment. I understand that reaching out for help can be daunting, but taking that first step is a courageous move towards a better future. If you're ready to start this journey, I'm here to guide and support you. Let's work together to create the life you deserve.
