With over 23 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), parenting and family concerns, career counseling, and sexuality. I also have extensive experience in grief counseling and supporting clients undergoing life adjustments due to medical diagnoses. My educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education, a Master of Arts in Counseling, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Services with a focus on Counseling Studies. This diverse academic background has equipped me with a broad understanding of human behavior and the complexities of mental health. In my practice, I use an integrated approach to counseling, focusing on the whole person.
