During the first 4-6 weeks, your therapy sessions will take place weekly and will last 60 minutes each. This will allow us to build a strong therapeutic relationship and address your immediate concerns. By the fourth session, we will develop a comprehensive treatment plan with specific goals tailored to your personal growth and needs. As you achieve your initial goals, we will establish new objectives to continue your progress, adjusting the frequency of sessions based on how you are doing. Your therapy sessions will be held weekly for the first 4-6 weeks, each lasting 60 minutes, allowing us to establish a foundational therapeutic relationship and address immediate concerns. By the fourth session, we develop a comprehensive treatment plan with set goals tailored to your personal growth and needs.
