“Dan was great! I was having nonstop leg pain for a month and a half after skiing and my ortho didn’t know what the issue was. After one session with Dan my pain went away, and the routine he gave me helped prevent pain after later ski trips. Highly recommend!”

Very informative. Dan listened to my problems & set up goals for me to achieve.
Therapists were courteous and professional, and not to mention, quite handsome.

I worked with Dan for over 10 months—twice a week—to rehab a soft tissue IT band injury that caused persistent knee pain. I came to him with an ambitious goal: to not just recover, but to return to my pre-injury athletic shape and compete in a Hyrox. Dan is an exceptional physical therapist. He is an incredibly great listener, immediately grasping the nuances of my injury and, crucially, understanding my specific athletic goals. He is extremely knowledgeable, providing clear and evidence-based explanations for every exercise and progression. What truly sets him apart is his adaptability. My recovery required a measured ramp-up back into running, which he facilitated by creating a detailed, personalized walk-to-run program. He pivoted quickly if I ever became symptomatic during this ramp up period. Dan was always on time, consistently confirmed appointments, and often checked in with me throughout the week, showing genuine care for my progress and well-being.
Dan has helped me so much over the last few months. Helped me go from in pain every time I did workouts to being able to work out 3-4 times a week and increase my weight to where I used to be. He really focuses on the importance of movement and working through pain to create a better long-term body!
I've seen Dan several times for running related injuries. Each time, he's helped to successfully manage and recover from my injuries and provide prehab exercises to help prevent others (I've run into trouble when I've stopped doing the exercises he's told me to do, so being a repeat patient is my own doing). Unlike at some other providers, Dan provides one-on-one care throughout the entire session. All of the therapists in the office are friendly and professional, too. Like most runners, I'll likely be injured again but will definitely return to Dan.

Dan was very attentive to my problem with my hip, leg and foot pain.. He designed an exercise plan to help me walk without pain! He was very good getting me to do exercises I was not sure I was able to do. It is very important to do the exercises on your own too - not just at physical therapy.
Dan was a fantastic resource that truly changed my year/long term health with a chronic back issue. Intelligent, friendly, intentional, respectful - continued to refine my plan and provide great guidance during my treatment. Would strongly recommend after seeing multiple other PTs/approaches if you want a practical, feasible, science-backed treatment plan that gets results. Thanks Dan!!!
I'd been debating going to PT for years for a lingering back injury but for some reason I was scared, and Dan made me really glad I took the plunge! He set me up with a program appropriate to my exercise experience to lessen the risk over time, and we tried a couple different things before settling on a good routine and building from there. I'm not sure I ever would have felt comfortable going to the gym or doing strength training without him, and I'm confident in my ability to continue on with it now that our sessions were over. He also made each session fun, he's super personable and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend!
Dr. Dan was invested in me and improving my health. He allowed for a friendly rapport underlined with a working expertise. His own struggles with health allowed him to further support me through my journey on recovery. I appreciate his guidance both in and out of sessions. Not only were we able to achieve my health goals, we exceeded some of them. I'd definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dan.
I was very nervous, but he was very pleasant and kind and went very well. And it helped me to be motivated to make the right changes. He was able to educate me on. What was my issue and help me? Assess how to best address it. And now I feel more confident that PT can actually help my knee pain

Dan was great! I had a shoulder injury that occurred during a bench press movement and the discomfort wouldn't go away after a month or two. After around 6 weeks worth of sessions, my shoulder is a lot better and I'm approaching my past level of strength in chest and shoulder motions. He was really informative, had me try different things, and it's great talking to him about the many sports he and his friends participate in. All in all, I would highly recommend Dan or any sports/weight training related injuries.
Highly recommend Dan! I hurt my shoulder a couple of months back during a bench press and there has been persistent pain there for a couple. I went to Dan 6ish weeks ago. He had me try a bunch of different recovery motions, gave me a plan, and he had a lot to say about the different sports he was up to. Most importantly, I finally feel like I'm back to similar levels of strength before my injury and the pain is much more manageable! Couldn't recommend Dan highly enough for any sports/weight lifting injuries.
Dan was encouraging as he discerned the nature of my pain and the appropriate treatment for it. Dan accurately determined 1) What I was able to accomplish, 2) How I could be challenged, and 3) When I needed to rest. I am grateful for his approachable presence and our compatibility.
Dan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a physical therapist that truly cares about his patients!
I was in big pain for a few months when Daniel gave me a few sessions of treatments for my lower back problem. He was very determined and attentive and after a short time my pain significantly lessened. In addition, he showed me a few exercises, which I’m still using to strengthen my lower back core muscles. He was knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. I highly recommend him to everyone!!
My experience with Dan at Elevate has been too notch. He is very knowledgable and professional. I also enjoyed the personalized service that is provided at the location. I am happy to say that I am on my way to full recovery following ACL surgery due to Dan’s program. All the staff there are very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!
Working with Dan has allowed me to still play sports at the highest level. Playing soccer at a competitive level has caused me to have knee pains over the years, even though I’m only 28. After a couple sessions with Dan and following through with the work he provided me to do at home/the gym my knees are feeling strong again! As an athlete I love his take on healing through strength training and it’s always encouraging when the person proving you care backs it up with the way they live. Thank you Dan for helping me to still play the sport I love. I cant recommend him enough!
Dan did a great job working with me to speed up my recovery. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had. Would highly recommend!
Dan is really great to work with! He’s a great listener and genuinely cares about doing what’s best for me. He was able to help me find the root of my issues and put together several ways I could alleviate the pain I was experiencing!
