Welcome to your new way of thinking and living. I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy that takes the specific needs of each person into consideration. My ultimate goal is to get to the root cause of the issue and help you live a healthier mind, body, and soul. Therapy is work-in order to get to the next phase of your healing, you must be willing to "do the work." I am here to help you through this process.
I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's, Master's in Psychology, and PsyD from Tennessee State University.
I look forward to working with you and setting manageable goals that will set you up for success in treatment.
