As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from George Mason University, I enjoy helping clients reach their goals by guiding them to mindfully process each one individually. I use a variety of treatment approaches in my sessions, tailored to the unique needs of each client. One of the most effective methods I have found for achieving goals quickly is brainspotting. Brainspotting is a brain-based therapy that helps clients address issues more rapidly than traditional talk therapy.
