Getting to know Emily Goode

Variety is the spice of life and I enjoy working with a variety of people. Ive been in the field since 2016 and have worked in a variety of settings to include corrections, psychiatric hospitals, and community agencies. I have experience working with all diagnoses but specifically substance use, anxiety, depression and first responders, particularly law enforcement. I am the partner of a 20 year law enforcement officer, the daughter of a now retired, self employed business owner, a sister, a mom and a friend. I think these all help me to connect with my clients and help them to get where they want to be. I have my Bachelors degree in psychology from The University of Maine 2004 and my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Husson University 2015 I believe everyones journey is their own and work to help people figure out what works best for them.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
