About Fatou Dieye
Fatou earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Messiah University. There she honed her skills working with all age groups in a variety of health settings. Clinical experiences include orthopedics, sport/dance injury, pre/post-op rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation and aquatic therapy. She has a particular interest in sports rehabilitation and neurology and continues to grow her skill set.
Fatou is a big proponent of “teamwork makes the dream work”, striving to work together with her patients to find the plan of care that works best for them. Whether it’s holistic or clinical medicine, she’s keen on using every tool in her toolbox to help meet their needs. Not only does she strive to help people at an individual level, but also loves to help the community primarily through volunteer work.
When she’s not hard at work, Fatou always tries to make time for her 3 loves – food, fun and travel. She also likes to destress with kickboxing, dance and art. When it comes to the outdoors, she gravitates towards the water, but claims she can be coaxed into land mammal activities with sufficient motivation.

Fatou is very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! I’d highly recommend having her as your pt if you’re serious about your recovery. She’s introduced lots of exercises and stretches to me that I can simply do at home and keep improving on my own. Besides recovery of course it was very important for me to start and end pt on time and honestly not disappointed! Never had to wait around. Fatou would meet me a little before my appointment every time. Overall great experience!

After struggling with vertigo on and off for a few months I decided to go to spear to a licensed physical therapist. Fatou , immediately started the Epley maneuver , and after 2 sessions my vertigo was gone. She also taught me exercises to prevent vertigo. Then she also worked with me on my balance. Every time the exercises become more challenging but gave me confidence and strength. I will definitely recommend Fatou.

Terrific! Fatou was wonderful -- smart, kind, knowledgable, patient, and professional. She is a joy to work with. She always took the time to work with me and answer any questions. She always wore a smile and motivated me to continue moving forward with my progress. If I ever need to work with someone again, I will reach out to her immediately. She is the best!

I was working with Fatou for about 6 months for an issue with my neck. During that
time she was always kind, patient, and super informative. Fatou was also an amazing advocate and part of the reason why my pain was finally diagnosed by a physician. She always listened to my concerns at the start of each session and adjusted the workouts for the day as she saw fit. I’ve seen a few PTs over the past couple of years but Fatou has been the best so far and has set the bar really high for any future PT needs. I cannot thank and recommend her enough. :)

I started with Fatou 2 weeks post-op from a TKR & was in excruciating pain with a very limited ROM. Fatou’s expertise, excellent bedside manner, & great attention to details gave me an excellent exercise program. Because of that I have achieved amazing results working with her! Hands down the BEST! Thank you so much!

Fatou was extremely helpful in helping me recover from a labral tear. She kept PT sessions engaging by continuously mixing in different stretching/balance/strength training exercises. I would highly recommend anyone with a sports injury to seek treatment from Fatou.
