“I felt they were very knowledgeable here and all of the staff was welcoming and super friendly even if they were not the person who directly would be working with me! My PT was working with me and another client simultaneously, yet I never felt like she wasn’t paying full attention to me. She would make sure I was set up and the go see about the other patient and make sure to check back on me every few minutes ( I was doing a 10 minute sitting thing with a machine that didn’t warrant her sitting there just to watch a machine—she doing active exercises she was there the whole time guiding me!)
I would definitely recommend to other people and they travel to like 3 different locations, which is also nice if you’re closer to one than the other!”

I definitely left feeling better than when I came in both because my knee hurt less and because this particular injury has been overall kind of confusing and this is the first time I've had clarity in how to deal with it. I actually saw Aleyna due to having to reschedule. She was patient, helpful, and listened when I told her something was uncomfortable or too much, and her instructions were clear.”

I was confused for another patient and wasn't seen for 45 minutes. I received an email from the office with the wrong address on it before the appointment and called to verify. They sent a new one. The appointment itself was good. It was just a shame about the office experience and it really turned me off from their services. When I called to cancel my future appointment I was met with efforts to persuade me otherwise and they wouldn't let me cancel until I had asked upwards of 4 times. If it wasn't for the office staff I would probably still be a patient with this provider.

Ended up switching to the West Loop position, but I highly recommend Narae. She quickly realized what my problem was and had me doing strengthening exercises. It has helped tremendously with issues attributed to running.

Hatice is such an excellent physical therapist, I've been really pleased with her. I've been seeing her for a few months now and have had a good experience overall, she has really worked on my shoulder to make it better and spends extra time to show me new exercises. Having been to other physical therapists I can say she actually cares deeply about her work and does a great job. Highly recommended!

Hatice is an exceptional physical therapist. When I arrived at the West Loop clinic, I was welcomed warmly and treated very properly. She went through the details of my diagnosis and explained how each treatment would speed up my recovery. I was also impressed by the tools used in my treatment other than stretching exercises. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I highly recommend Hatice.

I've been to other PTs before due to my shoulder I injury but Hatice (TJ) was far better than others.
She is very professional and positive, explained all the exercises while assisting me.
Her West Loop clinic is also very convenient and accessible via L or bus.
