My name is Dr. JaNeen Cross. I have over 20 years of experience providing mental health support and clinical social work services to patients. My group practice provides services to patients in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. This telehealth practice accepts most major insurances.

This practice uses a combination of multiple therapeutic modalities, including attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness therapy. We take a holistic approach to care, providing resources and support to patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect to receive a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment that will inform an integrative treatment plan. All patients are welcome as we provide individual, couples, and family counseling that is multicultural and trauma informed.
