I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Lourdes University and have been trained to address those who are struggling with suicidal thoughts. We will work on the drivers behind those thoughts and utilize mindfulness to address the issues keeping you in crisis mode. I will work with you to find your life-worth-living goal and move toward what will bring you closer to that goal. I have extensive training in crisis intervention, including CAMS-SSF and Zero Suicide certifications, along with years of experience as a crisis assessor. I am also working on DBT certification, am an LGBTQ ally, and am passionate about always learning. I am not here to fix you; I am here to help you address the symptoms causing you distress. I will assist you in learning what works for you and making a plan to focus on what you value and what you want your life to be. You are the only you; I want to help you define who you are. I am here to help you see that there is hope.
