I specialize in treating clients with depression and anxiety, driven by a passion for helping those facing various mental health challenges. I understand the profound impact these issues can have on individuals' lives and am dedicated to empowering my patients to regain control and live their best lives. Depression manifests in many ways, from severe forms to high-functioning levels, and I believe all types of depression are treatable. Together, we can create a personalized treatment plan to help you feel like yourself again.
Anxiety often accompanies depression, and I work closely with clients to identify effective coping skills for managing both conditions. My experience extends to individuals who have endured different forms of trauma, including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and PTSD.
Today's world presents complex trauma experiences, from bullying in schools and workplaces to spiritual trauma stemming from religious backgrounds. Utilizing a trauma-focused approach, I aim to facilitate healing for those who have faced such challenges.
I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Utah State University. This academic foundation equips me to offer support with empathy and evidence-based care, ensuring that my clients receive the highest quality of treatment. Together, we can embark on a journey toward healing and recovery.
