What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in utilizing a non-judgmental, nurturing approach in a fun therapeutic environment. My style is chill, but challenging and I can guarantee confidentiality, consistency, and transparency. Here to help heal your mind, body and SOUL! I will equip you with effective tools and techniques to help you feel in control of your situation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It is very easy to book a free 15 minute phone consult. If it is a good fit, J Soulae can get an intake appointment set up at that time. There are no long waiting lists or extensive processes to go through! No one person or their circumstances are the same, therefor services are personalized to meet your needs. We will discuss treatment plan goals and together we will work towards those goals you have set for yourself. From there, ongoing sessions will be held weekly or biweekly depending on necessity and preference.
