I take the perspective that we are all already whole complete and enough but we might need help at times. It has been my experience that healing from any issue opens powerful doors that can dramatically improve a person’s quality of life. I have found that the present moment holds the greatest power for healing and an increased sense of well-being. “Problems” can take a back seat in life.
