Psychotherapist
DC
With over 13 years of experience as a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where individuals and their families feel truly supported and heard. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person's unique story. I have worked with youth, adolescents, and young adults for the majority of my career and believe I can help you or your child navigate challenges, build resilience, and understand oneself better. I have a knack for building trusting relationships with adolescents and young adults and understand that without trust, great therapeutic work cannot be achieved. I believe in honoring each individual, fostering self-awareness, and empowering clients to discover their strengths as they move toward healing and personal growth. Take a moment to acknowledge you've taken the first step towards bettering your mental health because, let's be honest - starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
