I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and art therapist with nearly 10 years of clinical experience helping pre-teens, adolescents, and adults navigate various mental health challenges. Through both talk and art therapy, I provide a space where patients feel supported and empowered to explore behaviors, perception, emotional needs, and day-to-day stressors through the use of verbal and creative processes. My approach is collaborative and encouraging, letting you take the lead to encourage healing from issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, as I believe the patient-provider bond is vital in your healing and therapeutic growth. Along with this, I am dedicated to integrating creative arts into your care, having witnessed how doing so can foster a space for creative self-expression and further your mental health transformation. My goal is to truly meet you where you’re at, with an adjustable and open-minded approach.

Throughout our time together, you are assured a warm and supportive environment that uses customized talk therapy and creative arts techniques to help explore patterns, build insight, gently challenge thoughts, and empower you to make meaningful changes. I believe in active, person-centered collaboration and building a strong therapeutic relationship, which allows me to be your supportive partner for exceptional care.
