“As a practitioner, Katie is thoughtful, thorough, and takes time to explain her assessment and treatment approach. She is efficient without compromising patient concerns. While receiving treatment, I felt heard and understood, with a clear comprehension of how my treatment plan supports my goals. Each phase of treatment felt attainable because Katie provided scalable and varied exercises that worked within my gruelling work schedule. Moving forward, I feel capable of pursuing my activity and movement goals while minimising injury.”

“I loved working with Katie! I came in for a back issue that was so bad I couldn’t bend over to put socks on. Katie worked with me for months strengthening my back and lower body to the point where I could work out again. She also helped with a vertigo episode I had! Katie is super nice and so fun to work with!”

Katelyn is so knowledgeable and friendly. I've made such great progress with her.

I loved working with Katie! I came in for a back issue that was so bad I couldn’t bend over to put socks on. Katie worked with me for months strengthening my back and lower body to the point where I could work out again. She also helped with a vertigo episode I had! Katie is super nice and so fun to work with!
Kate spent a lot of time with me not only helping me recover but also educating me on the root cause of my pain. I came in with knee pain, but she also worked on my ankle, hip, & back, which allowed me to squat a lot easier. I now have no pain and can play with my kids and feel 100%. Try the Dry Needling, that really helped.
Katie was excellent! She assessed my injury, set me up with exercises that helped me regain my strength and confidence, and she helped me get back to working out / running. I saw most PTs in the Free Body practice at one point or another (because I needed late after-work appointments) and they were all knowledgeable, helpful, prepared, and amazing to work with. Would highly recommend this practice!
Katelyn really knows how to treat my symptoms of dizziness. So glad to find out I don’t have vertigo! If you have similar symptoms I highly recommend Katelyn.
I came to get some long-term knee challenges checked out and not only were our sessions able to bring me back in running shape in half the time expected, but I also learned invaluable strengthening practices for many other areas. The pacing felt very personalized, the skill and overall friendliness of space was a joy to look forward to. I always came out of our appointments energized and would highly recommend working with Katie, or any other members of the team!
Had a great experience with Katie working through a shoulder injury. She helped address my shoulder issue as well as give several options for therapy during my own time to help accelerate my recovery. Overall my experience led to a surprisingly quick turnaround where my shoulder was fully healed. would recommend Katie and the team to others
Katie and the whole team at Free Body PT are really great! Friendly, professional, they really worked with me so that what was a chronic pain issue, became a distant memory!
