My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) informed strategies, mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and eclectic approaches. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including community mental health, partial hospitalization, a federally qualified health center, and treatment foster care.
