I am a licensed independent clinical social worker specializing in working with adults. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the Catholic University of America. I have worked with diverse populations and have experience addressing depression, anxiety, anger management, and trauma. My previous work has involved community-based services, as well as individual and group therapy in mental health outpatient programs. I create a safe and collaborative space with my clients, working from a person-centered perspective and using a strengths-based approach. I draw on different orientations, including cognitive behavioral theory and psychodynamic theory.
