What should a new client know about working with you?

I want clients to know that I am passionate about supporting you in your journey to healing by helping you develop compassion for all parts of yourself. I use a relational approach to help clients deepen their understanding of themselves while maintaining a warm, empathetic presence. I value my clients' feedback and promote collaboration in order to help my clients reach their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work collaboratively with clients to help them build self-acceptance and self-esteem. My approach involves a focus on my client's emotional experience, and I help clients identify what may be preventing them from truly "feeling their feelings". I strive to help clients understand different parts of themselves and build compassion for their parts. I utilize aspects of internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy among other modalities.
