We provide psychotherapy for adults and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, sexual health concerns, and adjustment challenges. We are LGBTQ+ allied. We know that therapy is not one size fits all and approach our work with clients accordingly. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including sex therapy through the University of Michigan, and hold degrees such as a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's from the University of Michigan. We believe that incorporating qualities like honesty, humor, and candidness can be beneficial both in developing the therapeutic connection and in reaching goals. Ultimately, the therapeutic style is led by your needs. Some people may enjoy more directed or guided therapy, while others prefer it to be less interactive. As you get to know your clinician, you will work together to find the style that feels most comfortable to you and will be most advantageous in reaching your goals.
