The office staff was pleasant. Checkin was smooth. I did not see the provider I scheduled an appt with. I don't even know if he was in the office. I was taken to the back to see the Physical Therapist who explained what would be done and she then told me I would receive a call the following Monday once they checked to see if my insurance would cover my visits and I have not heard back.
