I have developed a high skill level in several modalities, including Psychodynamic, Relational and Attachment-based Therapy, Trauma-Informed, Marriage and Family Therapy/Family Systems Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Forensic Therapy, and Addictions. I hold a PhD in Social Work from the Catholic University of America and earned both my Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
