What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is person-centered, rooted in the belief that every individual has their own unique story—whether short or long. Life can present many challenges and unexpected bumps along the way, and therapy can provide a safe place to navigate them. I strive to create a warm, open, and transparent relationship with my clients, where they feel truly heard and supported. While honoring each person’s individuality, I also incorporate solution-focused strategies to help clients build on their strengths and work toward meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our sessions, clients can expect to feel supported, heard, and respected. At times, therapy may also bring challenges as we explore difficult emotions or patterns, but this is always done within a safe and encouraging space. I view the client–therapist relationship as a vital part of the healing journey, and my goal is to ensure that clients feel both empowered and supported every step of the way.
