I have had the pleasure of collaborating with people from various walks of life. I have worked extensively with families and individuals of all ages. I have experience with trauma work, LGBTQIA+ issues, body image, and social justice concerns. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh. With a background in teaching yoga, I often incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices into my work. I am a queer-identifying and queer-affirming therapist.

What should a new client know about working with you?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and our work together will reflect your unique needs and wants. You lead the way, and I am along for the ride to support you, highlight your strengths, and provide resources. My therapeutic specialties are Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Existential Therapy. I am trained in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size aligned.
