Psychotherapist

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I provide trauma-informed therapy for neurodivergent LGBTQ+ Latiné adults , and I create a space that is safe, affirming, and deeply supportive. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when navigating past trauma, identity challenges, or the pressures of daily life. My goal is to walk alongside you as you process, heal, and grow at your own pace. My Approach I use EMDR therapy and other evidence-based approaches to help clients work through trauma safely and effectively. My sessions are structured and predictable, so you always know what to expect and feel supported throughout your journey. I combine trauma-focused care with an understanding of neurodivergence and LGBTQ+ experiences, making sure your identity is respected and valued in every session. Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we’ll find the strategies and tools that work best for you, so that therapy feels like a partnership rather than a checklist. Why I Work With Neurodivergent LGBTQ+ Latiné Many of the clients I work with have told me they’ve struggled to find a therapist who truly understands their experiences as a First-Gen, neurodivergent and queer. I’m committed to creating a judgment-free, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, process trauma, and build the life you want—personally, professionally, and emotionally. A Little About Me Personally I deeply value authentic connection, empathy, and growth. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and family, painting, journaling, reading, and trying out new Peruvian restaurants, which help me bring creativity, curiosity, and warmth into my sessions. My goal is always to make therapy a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.
