Psychotherapist

Hi there, I'm Sabrina! I help adults move from survival mode into grounded, authentic living. Together, we’ll work through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and relational patterns using nervous system healing, emotional awareness, and practical tools—so you can feel safe in your body, trust yourself, and live with clarity and purpose. My approach Rooted in authenticity, compassion, and embodiment, I hold space for deep healing, self-trust, and reconnecting with your inner wisdom. Working with me is a collaborative, compassionate, and deeply honest process. I meet you where you are, w/out judgment, & help you gently unravel survival patterns so you can reconnect to your body, emotions, and authentic self. I use a trauma-informed, somatic & nervous system-based approach—paired with practical tools—to help you regulate, build self-trust, and create lasting change. Progress isn't about perfection-it's about feeling safer in your body, responding instead of reacting, & living more in alignment with your values. I love working with people who are insightful, open, & ready to explore the deeper layers of their story-even if it feels scary. You don’t have to have it all figured out—just a willingness to show up and begin. My focus My ideal client is someone who has been living in survival mode—feeling anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or weighed down by old patterns of trauma, people-pleasing, or over-functioning. On the outside, they may appear strong, capable, and even successful, but inside, they feel a constant sense of pressure, burnout, or disconnection from who they really are. They are seekers: they know there is more to life than just “getting by” and they are ready to reclaim their power, authenticity, and soul-led presence. I help people break free from survival mode and old trauma patterns so they can reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, release old patterns, and live authentically.
