Grounded in empathy, clinical insight, and deep respect for the emotional, physical, and psychological shifts that shape our lives , my approach is collaborative and strength-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and psychodynamic principles to tailor treatment to your unique needs. During our sessions, we will focus on patterns of behaviors and how to interrupt negative self talk that perpetuate negative life outcomes. We will focus on emotion regulation, distress tolerance skills, and mindfulness.
