I am passionate about the intersection between mental health and sexual health. As a therapist, I support you in your journey through sexuality, intimacy, and navigating new roles in your life. The therapist-client relationship creates a space to help you gain clarity and awareness of your emotional experiences, especially regarding shifting roles. I hold a Master's in Social Work and a Master's in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. Outside of mental health work, I am a full-spectrum doula and pregnancy support person, assisting people through the range of pregnancy outcomes: abortion, miscarriage, pregnancy, birth, and the transition to parenting.
