I am originally from California, where I earned my bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University. I completed my master's in Clinical Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. My therapy approach is open, compassionate, focused, and goal-oriented. I am passionate about helping people focus on their strengths to become the very best versions of themselves.
