I am a licensed medical social worker and I've worked with clients for over 20 years in the area of grief care, managing chronic and acute physical conditions, caregiver issues, stress management, workplace stress, and Trauma-Informed Care. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Catholic University in DC. I work with diverse backgrounds and my approach is strengths based and objective. I utilize cognitive/ behavioral modalities in treatment and Narrative therapy. I tend to think 'outside the box' in my approach to life. I believe that there is always a way forward.
