I have worked with patients for over 30 years helping them reach their goals and improve their lives. I have extensive experience working with mood disorders (depression and anxiety), trauma, adjustment disorders, grief, relationship issues, substance abuse and much more.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe in a client centered approach to help customize treatment to each individual. By using a trauma informed approach I focus on establishing a positive therapeutic relationship to provide a safe environment to work toward change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by taking a detailed psychosocial assessment to help me assess and understand my clients where they are in their lives so that I can help them navigate to the desired outcomes. After short term and long term goals are identified, the real work begins.
