Getting to know Taylor Burch

I've worked with children and teenagers for over 4 years in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with teenagers as they navigate the complex journey through adolescence into adulthood. Throughout my experience, I have worked predominately with teens who have experienced significant life traumas and are attempting to cope with anxiety. I work primarily with PTSD, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, relationships issues, self-esteem challenges, and anger management. My goal as a therapist is to help you utilize your strengths to reach your goals and build your coping skills. I want to provide you with the tools and resources to navigate difficult life situations, as well as take charge of your day to day life.
