I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker driven by a deep belief in the healing power of connection, compassion, and presence. Over the past 6 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of their most vulnerable moments—whether navigating mental health challenges, medical diagnoses, trauma, or life transitions.
My experience spans clinical and medical settings, from hospital rooms to therapy offices and school hallways. No matter the setting, I lead with empathy and a commitment to honoring each person’s unique story. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based therapy—but above all, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
What grounds me in this work is the belief that everyone deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to move toward healing at their own pace. I view my role not just as a clinician, but as an advocate, guide, and steady presence in times of uncertainty. I’m passionate about building trust, nurturing resilience, and helping people remember their own inner strength.
