We submit out-of-network insurance claims on behalf of clients. Debit/credit card, HSA, & FSA accepted. Late cancellation fee applies for any cancellation of a therapy session that occurs within 48 hours of an appointment. No-show fee applies for failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice of cancellation (both not covered by insurance). Please note that the initial session may be canceled if the required documents are not completed by the client at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Completing the paperwork in advance helps ensure the session begins smoothly and that the clinician is fully-prepared to support the client.
