It’s an honor to support you on your healing journey. I work with youth and adults who are navigating life stressors, relationship problems, trauma, and major transitions, helping them build resilience and move toward the life they want to create. My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on you. I believe that with the right support, we all have the capacity to grow and become better versions of ourselves. In our work together, I use a strength-based, person-centered approach, which means we’ll focus on your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I often draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. For clients processing trauma or overwhelming experiences, I also offer Brainspotting as a powerful tool for healing. My focus I especially enjoy working with people who are facing life stressors, relationship problems, trauma, or major transitions. Together, we’ll focus on identifying your needs, processing experiences, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier relationships and boundaries. My communication style In sessions, I let you set the pace. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and provide insights as needed. My journey to mental healthcare My path to becoming a therapist began with my own search for healing. Growing up, I faced challenges that led me to explore psychology and counseling as a way to understand myself. As a result of experiencing the power of therapy myself, I was inspired to dedicate my career to helping others find hope and transformation. My goals for you My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. Many of my clients come to me with goals like improving communication, increasing insight about themselves, increasing motivation, or finding peace with their past. I tailor our work to what matters most to you.
