People have different reactions when faced with stressors and adversity, and many people ignore stress until they begin to burn out. We can work together to identify these stressors and help you learn to manage them effectively. I have 13 years of experience working with individuals, children, and families, with a clinical focus on trauma, grief, and life transitions. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and client-centered, incorporating a variety of methods to best meet each person's unique needs. Finding and connecting with a therapist can be challenging, but I would be honored to work with you and see what we can accomplish together.
