My goal is to focus on you and to provide you with a space where you feel heard, seen and valued. As a compassionate and empathetic person I strive to provide guidance and support to my clients in their journey to finding themselves. Together we can work through your individual struggles and life challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore and work through your current life challenges through a humanistic approach. The therapeutic methods I tend to utilize can depend on the individual need and include CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy. I want you to feel safe and comfortable in working on yourself and focus on working towards positive change.
