I'm glad you have this forum to write about your review of your visit since so many people are quick to complain and not compliment. I was bringing in a written thank you on my return visit next week, but here it is:
I HATE the dentist and I LOVE your place!!! You made a could be horrible experience one of the best! From the person greeting us with a smile and a helpful desire, to the assistant who was more than sweet and kind, to the actual Doctor time who has EXCELLENT bed side manners. I listened to how he treated others as well, and he tried to understand the needs and desires of each individual, while relaxing them with a little story every now and then. It could have been all business and get "em in and out as quickly as possible with the same "dentistry work performed," but the caring approach and the wonderful bed-side manners, you have it all locked up as best place I have been to for dentist needs! Thank you! The patience shown by everyone there, including the assistant who has the most beautiful eyes - can't remember his name - to just everyone on the team! I appreciate great service and this team knocks it out of the park! Everyone worked together and was kind and helpful behind the scenes as they prepared things for the customers. Really GREAT environment! Thank you again!

Dr. LeFlore is simply amazing. He and his staff takes great care of us. We are lucky to have him as our dentist. His staff go out of their way and are as professional as it gets! Truly the best dentist office, all aspects included!

I had bad experiences with dentist in the past which made me nervous about dentist. However Ricky Leflore,DDS has changed my outlook and eased my nervousness about dentist. He is the most gentle and skilled dentist ever. My husband and I both are his patients.
