“New patient! I booked on ZocDoc because I was looking for a primary care physician closer to where I live. I made the appointment less than a week prior on zocdoc, and was seen at my appointment time without issue. My first impression of Dr. Agcopra was that she was friendly, pleasant, and attentive. Even when she asked me questions, it didn’t feel like an interrogation (which is how it felt with the medical assistant who took my vitals), Dr. Agcopra was conversational about it which definitely helped me to feel more at ease. Based on m my first experience with Dr. Agcopra, I’m glad to have her as my new PCP!”

Changing my primary care doctor after having several negative experiences:
1. My initial visit went well, but during my most recent visits, I felt rushed and like I was a nuisance for asking questions, which is a shame because Dr was over 50 minutes late.
2. Dr. gaslit me into thinking I never answered the medical history questions during check in forms. They were saved in the patient history, when I logged in, but Dr. simply wasn’t reading it.
3. There is no way to call the office directly, you have to go through their call center or send them an email which is frustrating when you simply need to get information from the office that the call center can’t provide.
4. It’s mandatory to wear face masks at the office. I thought nothing of it at first but masks are no longer mandated by the gov’t so it’s odd to still require them. Some staff members don’t wear masks and you don’t need to wear it when getting lab work done which is in the same office, so it’s overall an odd policy.
