She explained everything from expectations for today's visit, membership information, and next steps. Lasandra and Vivian were both pleasant and Dr. Auda was clear, direct, and I could tell he really cared which was refreshing. “I am so GLAD I made a switch to this office. We all know that front desk are the face of an office, and they were remarkable! Very welcoming, understanding, and helpful. (Ari specifically). Now Dr. Auda himself? Words can’t even explain the comfort, the welcoming, how funny he is, too much to jot down. But I don’t regret this switch at all.
