Wait time was unbearably long Not clear why I had to wait 3 hours. However, my Doctor was great
The office staff were helpful and the doctor was very thorough. Great experience!

Nice & quick
very friendly, good bedside manner.
The doctor and staff was very sweet. My only issue was the wait time. I arrived 3:30pm for my 4pm appointment, but wasn't seen until 5:30pm
I waited for 2.5 hours for a 5-minute conversation and a referral to a specialist. If the availability on Zocdoc seems too good to be true, it is. They overbook, and just get as much turnover as possible.

GOOD LUCK! I called the office and advised that i’d be arriving early and if it was possible to change my appointment to an earlier time. They seemed to have no issue with this and changed my appointment from 03:30 to 02:30. I arrived at 02:17 and filled out all of the paper work. The girl at the front desk confirmed I had a 02:30 appointment. Three hours later I was finally called in to triage (where you and one other person share a room) and where I had to wait another 30 minutes to see the doctor. During my three hours of waiting and asking when I would be seen I was told I was next hour after hour. I was also told the doctor wasn’t over booked, her appointments were every 15 minutes (also ridiculous). The women at the front desk were nasty to patients. One guy went and asked what time his appointment was because he thought it was at 2:45 and they replied we changed it to 3:30. He asked why and they said “just because”. Many of the patients complained of wait times 2 hours plus.

Good doctor

The wait time was horribly long and she only has availability on two days, which are days I have standing commitments. Her bedside manner was fine, but after waiting 2+ hours to get screening results I had to leave. By the time I freed up time to schedule an appointment she had dropped my insurance. She put me on a medication and then refused to renew it, which caused a spike in my symptoms. The technology seems dated and the waiting room is crowded with people whose wait times appear to be similarly long.
She was great and thorough. Got all test needed

The doctor overall was ok. But the wait time was terrible. I was waiting for more than 2 hours. Why setting a time for an appointment when the schedule is not going to be respected and the patient is going to be kept waiting for so long

She was very thorough.

The Doc was good, I would say average (not really anything exceptional), but the office is WAY too crowded and busy. It’s literally people running around left and right everywhere! I don’t know how they can work this way, yelling to each other through the corridor and rooms. Also, one small exam room was divided by a curtain and when I went in someone was waiting behind it. No privacy while they asked very personal questions… I will give it another chance for my follow up but I would avoid choosing it if I knew. Or maybe this is the norm?

This was a horrible experience. I waited for two hours in the waiting room. Three staff members were wearing their masks so low that their noses were out. Two of those receptionists pulled their masks completely off while I was at their counter. A customer was allowed in the waiting area with no mask at all. Once I was finally seen, Dr. Irina Kimyagarova had terrible bedside manner, and was very rude to me. I also had to walk all the way through the lobby to go to do my urine sample, and both the doors to get back in were locked, so I was just carrying my pee around in the lobby. The whole situation is a mess. Everyone was extremely unprofessional.
