Late one evening, I had a kitchen injury that seemed serious enough to need stitches and was bleeding more than expected. Rather than trying to find an urgent care or emergency appointment I reached out to Refinemed concert medicine.
Dr. Kritika Joshi responded quickly and reassured me during a video consultation that we could begin treatment at home Using over-the-counter items I already had. Her clear instructions and calm, confident approach immediately put me at ease.
Thanks to her expert guidance my wound healed in under 10 days – much faster then weeks for an injury like this. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. Joshi‘s prompt care and her ability to manage everything so effectively through telemedicine. I highly recommend Dr. Joshi and Refinemed to anyone speaking, thoughtful, expert care – without the wait.
