About Dr. Mandy Ton
Dr. Mandy Ton is a board-certified family physician with a focus in family medicine, which she has practiced since 2007. Her clinical interests include women’s health, dermatology, skin procedures, and preventive care for both teenagers and adults. Dr. Ton also has extensive experience in Urgent Care, where she treats a wide range of conditions, from chronic illnesses to acute issues such as injuries and lacerations.
She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and went on to complete her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Ton completed her family medicine residency at Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Going to the doctor makes me very anxious, especially with a new provider, but this visit exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and set a positive tone right away.
The phlebotomist was amazing. As someone with “tricky” veins, blood draws are usually stressful, but she made it effortless. She was kind, skilled, and a huge asset to the practice.
Dr. Man Tue- Ton was outstanding. She was friendly, patient, and had excellent bedside manner. She took time to explain everything thoroughly and never made me feel rushed, even with a later appointment. I left feeling informed and genuinely cared for and look forward to returning.
The only feedback is that the nurse who took my vitals did not introduce herself or share results, which briefly made the visit feel impersonal. However, Dr. Man Tue-Ton completely changed my perspective.

I was recommended to the doctor by mother, who was also a patient. She is thorough and I was very impressed. She asked about tests and vaccines that other doctors didn’t care to ask me. She also noticed things that other doctors overlooked. I felt like she really listened to my concerns.

Dr. Ton is very attentive and caring of her patients! I’m very happy she was my random pick for a PCP. The whole staff from the medical assistants, to the women at the front desk, are all very nice as well! I’ll keep going back to Doctor’s of Internal Medicine for as long as they allow me to. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone in the area!

Amazing bedside manner and fastest I’ve ever been seen at any doctor. I was called back almost immediately, and the doctor came in immediately after the nurse left. Doctor was incredibly thorough too, really felt like she wanted to understand my health on a deeper level.

I went to Dr. Ton to establish as a new PCP, and I felt that Dr. Ton is very thorough even though it was my first visit with her. She only wants the best and thorough care for her patients. She explained all of her rationale as to why she felt such scans or labs were needed, and she was open to any issue you may think it was a problem. Looking forward to having continued thorough care with Dr. Ton.

I was not able to check out or make a follow up appointment because the internet was down. Staff assured me twice that they would call me back for a follow up appointment and that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. I never received a call back so I called as they were about to close to make an appointment and to see if my prescription was sent. It was not sent, so the staff forwarded a message to the nurse. Today is the next day and my prescription still has not been sent to the pharmacy. The office is closed and I have to wait another day for meds. 3 days is a long time to wait for medicstuon. They do not follow up whatsoever.

Amazing staff and very friendly.
Dr Ton is very nice, good listener and got right to my many problems.
They have two locations and they seem to have most of the materials to perform checkup , ekg, scan, X-ray, blood test …
All my problems have an action point and a follow up .
I have a feeling that I will get a better care in that location.

Dr. Ton recently transferred to a new location, and I felt compelled to follow her because she is the best doctor I have had in the last 20 years. She listens attentively, provides multiple options, and openly discusses her concerns. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Ton as my healthcare provider, and I would not hesitate to travel an hour or more to continue seeing her. The professional relationship I have built with Dr. Ton over the past year is unparalleled, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.
