She seemed sweet, but completely dismissed me. I came in because I had a televisit prior and was diagnosed with strep but I’m getting worse. As soon as she entered the examination room she told me how she would treat me without even examining me. I also have a trip 1.5 days which I informed her is also why it’s so urgent. I told her everything I was instructed to do by the prior doctor and what I’ve been doing to help with my symptoms twice because I could tell she wasn’t listening either time. She gave me the quickest exam and didn’t even fully examine me. She looked at my throat for 0.5 secs and never checked my lymph nodes. I expressed my concerns again since I use to get strep so bad I would have to go to the ENT and hospital. She didn’t listen. At the end of my exam she instructed me to do all the things I told her I was already doing. So I told her that and then she said oh good so you will be feeling better much soon. I came in because I’m not getting better.

They were a rude unwelcoming weird staff and don’t think anyone should book here. My concerns wasn’t heard and appointment was rushed , i was on time and 15 minutes early.
