About Dr. Sarah Hallbauer
Dr. Sarah Hallbauer is a dedicated family medicine provider fluent in Spanish, eager to welcome and serve more Spanish-speaking patients in our community. She has a special focus on women’s health, offering services such as pap smears, Nexplanon placement, IUD insertions, and endometrial biopsies.
Passionate about promoting wellness at every stage of life, Dr. Hallbauer works closely with patients of all ages to develop healthy, lifelong habits related to nutrition and exercise.
Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado, she completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University before earning her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston McGovern Medical School.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hallbauer enjoys running, reading historical fiction and works by C.S. Lewis, and baking.

The staff at the wait desk were very friendly, the nurses were also very friendly and listened to what I had to say, Sarah was also friendly and listened to what I had to say and was genuinely concerned about my well being and my quality of life, the only problems I had with my visit were that the onsite phlebotomy lab for blood draws was a little messy and disorganized and the phlebotomist bruised my arm pretty good

Only reason I wouldn't suggest this doctor is so she doesnt get swamped with appointments I can get in to see whenever I need. She's fantastic! Caring, listened and addressed everything and then some stuff.

First visit with Dr. Sarah Hallbauer and I couldn't be happier. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, answered every question, and made me feel completely heard and supported. I never felt rushed, and she provided clear, thoughtful solutions for everything we discussed. It can be very difficult to find a primary care provider who accepts veteran insurance so being seen at a family practice that truly understands those challenges made me feel especially cared for.
Knowing she has a personal connection to military service gave me even more confidence in her compassion and understanding. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!

The office was beautiful and extremely clean, staff (especially Kim) were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Sarah made me feel comfortable and listened from the beginning. Great bedside manner and informative, she was very kind. Labs we taken right in office which made everything easier on me as the patient.

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Sarah Hallbauer and I can say I believe I’ve finally found my PCP! She is a great listener, I didn’t feel rushed, she provided great advice, and has a very calming demeanor.
