I’m a trauma-informed, empowerment-focused therapist who works with individuals navigating dating, intimacy, relationships, self-confidence, boundaries, family dynamics, and the lasting effects of trauma and stress. I help clients process difficult experiences, life transitions, and relationship uncertainty while supporting them in building self-worth, clarity, and emotional resilience.

When you work with me, you can expect warmth, honesty, and a genuine human on the other side of the room. I don't position myself as the expert on your life — you are. My role is to walk alongside you, help you access your own wisdom, and create the kind of space where real change actually feels possible.
I believe the relationship we build together is one of the most powerful ingredients in healing. The safety, attunement, and trust between us isn't just a nice part of the process — it's at the very heart of it. So many of the patterns we carry were shaped in relationship. And it's in relationship that we heal them.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide a collaborative, relational space where you can show up as you are—no need to filter or have everything figured out. We begin by exploring your story, what brought you here, and what you hope to get out of therapy.
My approach blends talk therapy with trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and attachment-based perspectives, along with somatic and empowerment strategies, helping you understand how past experiences shape your thoughts, feelings, and connections today.

I worked with Amber for about six months after some destabilizing life events had me questioning every move. I felt it was very easy to share even the more difficult stories with her, and I never felt judged. Amber was patient and understanding when I struggled with certain topics, and she introduced a few different activities and practices to help me figure out what would work best for my circumstances. I felt like my feedback was heard when I had specific requests. She was also able to connect me to a psychiatrist who assisted with the medication aspect. I am grateful for the calm attitude and care Amber offered in our sessions, and I recommend her to anyone seeking extra help with their struggles.
