Hi! I’m Ashley Camacho, an EMDR, Gottman Level 1, and Mindfulness trained LAC. I’m passionate about helping people reach their authentic selves and be confident while decreasing trauma/anxiety in daily life. I support you by slowing things down, taking them one step at a time, and ensuring you know what is going on and what your mental health options are.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is rooted in positive psychology, existentialism, empowerment, and inner child work. I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for trauma processing. I work best between the ages of 8-65. I enjoy working with many different populations. I am a Spanish and English speaking therapist. I'm knowledgeable in working with the neurodivergent population, immigrants, and general sensitive souls. I'm here to support anyone navigating self-esteem, anxiety, PTSD and emotional regulation struggles. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for a space to be yourself, know that you're not alone. I'm happy to help or guide you in the right direction!
