I use a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy, aiming to help you better understand your feelings and experiences so you can become a stronger, healthier you. Every person is different, so I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to best support my clients based on the goals we establish together and each client's unique needs. I hold a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
