I have experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, and schools. I believe that everyone has the ability to live a life where they can feel fulfilled, regardless of the obstacles and challenges life has thrown at them! I use a humanistic, person-centered approach to therapy, aiming to help you better understand your feelings and experiences so you can become a stronger, healthier you. Every person is different, so I use a variety of treatment approaches tailored to best support my clients based on the goals we establish together and each client's unique needs. I hold a Master’s in Applied Psychology from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University.
